Notice of the Right to Cancel
Right to Cancel:
You may cancel your declaration to enter into this contract within 14 days in text form (e.g. letter, facsimile, e-mail), without stating any reasons or – if the goods were surrendered to you before expiration of the period – by returning the goods. The period shall begin upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (where similar goods are delivered in repeated installments not before the first installment has been received) and not before performing our obligations to inform pursuant to Art. 246 sec.2 in connection with sec. 1 para. 1 and 2 Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations under sec. 312e para. 1 sentence 1 German Civil Code (BGB) in connection with Art. 246 sec. 3 EBGBG. To observe the cancellation period it shall suffice to dispatch the notice of cancellation or the goods in due time. The notice of cancellation shall be addressed to:

Cancellation Consequences:
Upon effective cancellation, both parties shall restore any performance received and, if applicable, any emoluments taken (e.g. interests). You may be under a duty to pay compensation for value, if and insofar as you cannot return the performance received and emoluments taken (e.g. the amenity and advantage of use) in whole or in part or where you are merely able to return it in a deteriorated state. For the deterioration of the goods and for emoluments taken you shall only be under a duty to pay compensation for value insofar as the deterioration or the taking of emoluments is to be attributed to your handling the goods in a way that exceeds the examination of their properties and features. “Examination of their properties and features” is understood to be the testing and trying out of the respective good, as possible and commonly accepted, for example in a store.
Goods which are not suitable for shipment by parcel, shall be returned to us at our cost and risk. You shall have to bear the costs of return, if the goods delivered comply with the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed EUR 40 or, where the price of the goods is higher, you have – when giving notice of cancellation - not yet performed consideration or a partial payment as agreed to by contract. Otherwise return of the goods shall be free of charge for you. Goods, which are not suitable for shipment by parcel shall be picked up from you. Any obligation to refund payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period commences upon dispatching your notice of cancellation or the goods, for us it commences upon receipt thereof.
